5. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to our separate Refund Policy.
Certain educational products, memberships, downloadable materials, completed courses, certificates, webinars, or hands-on training programs may be non-refundable.

6. Continuing Education, Accreditation & Certificates
Completion of a course does not guarantee:

Certificates are issued only after all applicable course requirements have been successfully completed.

7. Professional Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for practicing within the scope of their professional license, certification, education, employer policies, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Completion of any CEU Anytime educational program does not authorize participants to perform procedures beyond their legal scope of practice or professional competency.
8. State Licensing Disclaimer
Continuing education requirements vary by profession and jurisdiction. Participants are responsible for verifying that a course satisfies the requirements of their licensing board, employer, certifying organization, or regulatory authority before registering.

By participating, you consent to the recording of audio, video, chat, and presentation materials, where permitted by applicable law.
Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any webinar or educational content without the prior written consent of CEU Anytime.
All webinar recordings and related educational materials remain the intellectual property of CEU Anytime or its applicable content owners.
18. Instructor Content
Educational materials created by instructors may be governed by separate Instructor Agreements. CEU Anytime retains the rights granted under those agreements for hosting, marketing, distributing, and delivering educational content.
CEU Anytime may record webinars, virtual events, and educational sessions for educational, quality assurance, and training purposes. By participating, you consent to such recordings unless prohibited by applicable law.
19. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
Users may not use artificial intelligence, automated software, bots, scraping tools, or similar technologies to copy, reproduce, extract, distribute, or create derivative works from CEU Anytime content without prior written authorization.
20. No Guarantee of Results
Completion of any educational program does not guarantee:
- Employment
- Promotion
- Increased income
- Clinical competency
- Business success
- Professional certification
- Licensure approval
Individual results will vary based on education, experience, applicable laws, employer requirements, and individual performance.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CEU Anytime, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
Where permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CEU Anytime for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
