We encourage all participants to carefully review course descriptions, accreditation information, eligibility requirements, and system requirements before making a purchase.
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, credits, cancellations, and transfers may be available.
By purchasing any CEU Anytime product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Scope of This Policy

Certain programs may be subject to additional refund terms, which will be disclosed at the time of registration.
2. Online Courses
Refund requests for online courses may be considered if:
- The request is submitted within the applicable refund period.
- The course has not been substantially accessed or completed.
- A certificate of completion has not been issued.
- Continuing education credit has not been awarded or reported.
Once significant course content has been accessed, completed, or a certificate has been issued, refunds are generally not available unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Professional Certification Programs
Refund requests for professional certification programs may be considered only if submitted before substantial access to course materials or participation in the program.
Completed certification programs, examinations, digital materials, downloadable resources, and issued certificates are generally non-refundable.
4. Memberships
Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
Members may cancel future renewals at any time in accordance with the applicable Membership Terms; however, cancellation does not entitle the member to a refund for the current membership period.
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be assigned or shared with another individual.
5. Live Webinars
Refund requests for live webinars may be considered if received before the scheduled event, subject to the registration terms applicable to that webinar.
Once a webinar has begun or access has been provided, refunds are generally not available.
At its sole discretion, CEU Anytime may offer a credit toward a future webinar or educational event.
6. On-Demand Webinars
Because on-demand webinars provide immediate digital access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
7. Hands-On Clinical Training
Hands-on clinical training programs require advance planning, instructor scheduling, facility reservations, and educational resources.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
- Date of cancellation
- Program requirements
- Educational materials provided
- Administrative costs incurred
Failure to attend a scheduled training without prior notice may result in forfeiture of registration fees.
Transfer requests may be considered based on program availability and may be subject to administrative fees.
8. Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable materials, educational guides, templates, webinar recordings, and other electronic resources are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided.
9. Promotional Pricing
Courses or programs purchased through promotional offers, discounts, scholarships, bundled packages, or special pricing events may be subject to additional refund limitations.

10. Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a billing error, please contact CEU Anytime promptly.
We will investigate billing concerns and make appropriate corrections when warranted.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Administrative processing fees may apply where permitted by applicable law.
12. Course Transfers
CEU Anytime may, at its sole discretion, permit participants to transfer registration to another course, webinar, or future training event, subject to availability and applicable administrative fees.
13. Chargebacks
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact CEU Anytime before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and in good faith.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Exceptions
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that may be provided under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection laws.
Where required by law, CEU Anytime will honor applicable refund obligations.
CEU Anytime reserves the right to review and make refund determinations on a case-by-case basis where permitted by law.
